Was by myself, totally sober, doorman pulls me back and says couples only. A guy looking like del-boy walks straight past me and the doorman, says `alright` the doorman let him in, I say he is by himself, doorman says he is a member, i says can i get membership now then, doorman says no membership on night. Went to Another club in seven kings (next to shannon) , entry no problem, really polite doormen, good music too, had a great time.

Great Rock/Metal scene has sprung up at the Underground in the last year, with great night like Decibel, SNAP and Let There Be Rock (4th Friday each month, see www.let-there-be-rock.co.uk). The nights are reminiscent of Pink Toothbrush fridays to varying degress, some are more heavy than others. The reason I like these nights better than the Brush is the fact that they play a greater variety of music, not just the same songs every week!
